I began to understand the power of listening sessions during the early pandemic.

Frequent listening, both giving and receiving, made a huge difference in my ability to be well, stay creative, and feel connected to the larger intention of making a positive difference in the world.

 

My background includes enjoying being a teacher, farmer, and entrepreneur. I have a professional certificate in medicinal herbology, a degree in the History of Ideas from McGill University and am a member of the International Listening Association.
 
I live in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia with my partner and two children.
